Lower Barrakka Gardens

The Lower Barrakka Gardens are twinned with the Upper Barrakka Gardens. These outstanding gardens also boast of a view of the grand harbor and the breakwater. The terrace area features commemorative plaques dedicated to prominent historical areas such as the 1956 Hungarian Revolution, the Prague Spring, the 50th Anniversary of the European Union and revolutionary Italian general Giuseppe Garibaldi. Sanitary facilities and wheelchair access are available. Pets are allowed on leash.
