Ġnien Roger Debattista is named in honor of former police constable Roger Debattista, who tragically lost his life on November 12, 2001, during a bank hold-up in Ħal Qormi. This open space provides a recreational area for the community while also serving as a tribute to keep the memory of Roger Debattista alive.
