Nalizperla Playground, located on Triq it-Tabib Nikola Zammit, is named in honor of Maurice Tanti Burlo, a beloved cartoonist for the Times of Malta who passed away in December 2014 at the age of 78. Known by his pen name, Nalizpelra, Tanti Burlo had deep ties to the community, having spent 30 years living in the area.
This playground serves as a safe haven for children to play freely while also providing a relaxing space for residents to enjoy their leisure time.
