Villa Portelli is situated in Triq Dawret Fra Giovanni Bichi covering a stretch of land which is composed of two old building built by the end of the 18th Century served as a British residence in which later it was handed over to the Government of Malta. The building is surrounded an established garden with mature trees and shrubs.
